From absolute beginners to experienced musicians,

the New Horizons Band Burlington has a place for you.

Fall classes 2026

Fall classes will start Tuesday, September 22:

• • Intermediate Band 9:00 am to 10:30 am

  • Advanced Band 10:45 am to 12:15 pm

  • Swing Band 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm

(Swing Band may be restricted due to the instrumentation)

Course fees will remain the same as last year and there will be a one-time registration fee for the entire year.

• One class $300

• Two classes $500

• Three classes $600

The Beginners Band will start Tuesday, October 6.

• No experience in playing an instrument or reading music is required! Everyone is welcome. Just bring an instrument and the Essential Elements method book for that instrument. Both are available to rent or buy at Long and McQuade

• This class will be held downstairs in Music Room 1 from 9:00 am to 10:30 am until March 30.

• From March 30 until mid-June this group will be welcomed into the Intermediate Band and will rehearse in the rehearsal hall upstairs.

• The fee for the Beginners Band is $200 for Winter and Fall, Oct 6 to Mar 30 (if you then move up to the Intermediate Band for the Spring session, there will be an additional $100 fee)
